Yes, the guy driving the car was a douche, but it looks like the motorcycle ran into the back of the car, when it suddenly swerved, for whatever reason. Technically, the motorcycle hit the car, the car didn’t hit the motorcycle . . . and NEITHER vehicle was supposed to be in that lane, going that direction.
