I think that the way this is gonna play out Chuck will look incompetant and the Mesa Verde folks will pull out out of HHM.

That is a good point — while he seems remorseful with Kim later in the episode, he does seem more "I'm sorry this happened to you" as opposed to "I'm sorry I did this"

I suppose, but it isn't so much that he is surprised that he got caught, he seems genuinely incapable of understanding their perspective. How many years did he work in the Mailroom? Chuck is his brother, he has to have at least a rudimentary understanding of where the line is at a Law firm.

I love this show, but the fact that Jimmy is completely unable to understand why what he did was genuinely wrong is bothering me a lot. So far, nothing in Breaking Bad or BCS has required me to excessively swallow my disbelief, until now.
