Because damaged aircraft are repaired on site by a team of engineers and mechanics who fly around the world. Parts can't always be shipped by plane or boat and then transported across land to the aircraft. Also, an aircraft that's sitting on the tarmac isn't making money for the airline. It's more likely costing…
Crazy People. I wish I could star this twice.
Damn. You NASTY!
The public education system is aimed squarely at the bell curve. If your kid is particularly gifted or tragically challenged, you'd better live in an municipality with well funded schools or your they're getting left behind. Or sold short.
I'd rock that FF Sportwagen. I'm too damn old for the welded doors on the Rebele.
Identifying materials? You mean like the VIN? All this guy did was make it even easier than it already was for the RCMP to find the owner. What? You don't think the RCMP would look up his Facebook profile after getting his name? Law enforcement LOVES Facebook and all the criminal confessions therein. People are…
The layout allowed for better handling than the FWD car while giving room for a usable trunk, unlike the mid-engine car. The longitudinal engine could be placed front-mid, for close to 50/50 weight distribution. There's all kinds of good reasons for why the FR Miata one.
A lot of these systems are electronic adding little to the car's weight and much to the car's usability. I have a 91 and cannot be happier with bluetooth audio streaming from my smartphone. I get everything - Pandora, XM streaming, Google Music, Waze navigation - all through my stereo with no added gadgetry.
God help me, I actually LIKE the top one. It is so ridiculously over-the-top donkified that it makes me smile. It's stupid and useless, but epic in both - and I respect the work someone put in to make that - even if it makes me laugh. That is a well executed stoopid fresh whip.
There's a lot that's right on there. It took some time for the NC fender flares to grow on me. Perhaps the same will happen here with that fish face. I'm definitely looking forward to the aftermarket response.
Turbos can be tricky. I never had a place to wrench on my own car, so I bought the Hydra kit from Flyin Miata for mine.. It took a little while to work out the bugs, but I now have a turnkey car. I drive it every chance I get.
She's a mental case, but you made your point. Abagnale and Hartman are not congruent in any way.
Michael, when is this going to become a reality? http://jalopnik.com/5891398/man-wa…
Nope. I've seen better setups with a Lexus engine. Andris Laivins built this one and he's a guy who knows what he's doing. Even with Matt Farah touting it how awesome it is, I still don't want it and I've been a Miata nut for well over 20 years.
He'll regret that moment of tolerance later when he pays for the damage or files a claim. Sure, getting her out of his life may have been worth it in that moment, but you don't let stuff like that pass. I learned that lesson in college when some dick in a pickup truck backed into my driver's side door and took off. …
i feel sorry for the workers in that zone

I agree with you, but I can see the appeal. Perhaps a valved baffle that can open up the exhaust for more flow (and noise) would do the trick. Most A8 owners probably have a second, noisier car for driving fun.
