When I heard the first mule was a Holden UTE, I knew I wanted one.i want Blackjack!

Or my damn driveway, it has torn the crap out of my C5's front flappy piece.

Soooo nice. Silver, Z51, black wheels, black calipers, carbon bits and 1LT. Glass roof, of course. Not too far a stretch from my C5 Z51. 🤣

I dig it, but I would have to learn the slappy paddles.

There are just better options than a quiet $30k Harley. I love the idea but the execution is missing.

First year production runs are usually iffy anyway. There was a dealer here that did closed bids for the Civic Type R, most were $26k+ over MSRP. For a Civic.

I love my '92 Silverado with 200k+ miles on it. I would like to replace it some day, but I can't see paying more for a truck than I did for my C5 Vette.

I still want one, holy hell. I have only seen one in person and it's incredible.

The only real issue is I don’t fit in one. I had the chance to drive one in ‘88 and couldn’t fit my knee between the shifter and wheel.

While I agree with you on the stark reality, I would still opt for the NA GT3RS. Of course I still want a 6 speed, too. So there is that.

The lack of manual in the Supra is really the only disappointing thing about it.

Mine comes to $281,310 with options. If only.

I for one look forward to the C8R.

If I ever upgrade from my C5, it will be the C6Z06. Big block NA with the tight 6 speed and ready to rock bone stock. Just take care of those valves and you are good.

What about oil changes? I heard Tesla charges a lot for those. At 1000 miles a month, you are in for at least 2 a year.

You could get a clean, low mile C5Z06 for less than $25k. While the Stingray is nice, an '04 Z is a lot more binary and will still get 30mpg on the freeway.

It clearly isn't for you. I spent 5 minutes in a C6ZR1 and that car changed me. The C7ZR1 is built for performance and while the build quality isn't AMG level, it isn't Malibu level, either. My C5 is 18 years old with 170k miles and can still hold a corner with anything. A Camaro doesn't age this well.

I would dig it if not for the fwd aspect. I am using a '78 Chevy P30 stepvan to build my dream RV. That chassis is better than a Toronado.

The Brammo Empulse was an amazing bike for less than half that price and was race proven. Harley had a good idea but miss this mark by A LOT.
