Big influence from his break up with Pam from the office.

Let's put him in the one that is going to fail miserably. Also sucks that Gunn is going to be the fall guy. Need him making more smaller crazy films with Fillion and the mayor from Slither.
Anyone remember a prophetic Modesy Mouse lyric from The Lonesome Crowded West? "the malls are the soon to be ghost towns". We're malls already on the way out when he wrote that? I love visiting me a near abandoned mall. Reminds me of Dawn of the Dead, but more creepy.

The Boys Next Door features a bad ass abandoned mall after closing time. Is that how malls used to look in LA?

Avatar looks terrible on the store displays. I seriously thought it was a video game adaptation the first time I saw it this way. Cameron is pushing towards 48 fps for the next one, so maybe Avatar 2 won't look so shitty on the display screens in a few years.

Ditto on the croony thing. I guess he sort of started doing it on American Slang and it took off from there. "Mary Anne" on Elsie being the pinnacle of it being over the top. It's not too ridiculous on this album, but still there. It would be better if his vox were at the front of the mix. Everything sounds like it's…

Anyone know why her hands are so big and why she sings about transsexuals so much?

The one where they build the time machine that only goes forward is pretty good.
Did not know that. Haven't seen the show in years, but I remember thinking "how are they going to top season 2's finale?" And what they had seemed close, but then I was all like "What? That's it?"
I like the self-titled one quite a bit. The "Cemetery" track is pretty awesome…It has a unique, conflicted view of the afterlife that I dig, at once embracing it and at other times at peace with the lack thereof (I could die with you. Life would be enough). Also I think it's his wife on backing vocals. I like it when…
Tweedy couldn't let Farrar have his Woody Guthrie moment by himself could he? I'm talking of Jay's recent New Multitudes project.
It's pretty damn faithful also, but they kind of switch things around so bulks of the narrative occur to the main character.
You forgot Jesus' Son by Denis Johnson and it's actually very, very good!
Where is the reference to the vid that first came out…Cage losing his shit
