This is actually kind of a perfect scenario for Dems: with a Biden win and a Republican Senate they still get to do all the horrible shit they want (imperialism abroad, austerity at home) while having a built-in excuse to avoid tackling the things they *say* they want to do but quite clearly don’t.

They hate Amy McGrath a little more than they hate Mitch, basically. Amy probably seemed like a great candidate on paper to some sleek political firm, but Kentuckians hated her and were never gonna oust Mitch for her. 

It’s not a fluke. Kentucky likes Republicans for national elections and has often voted blue for state elections. Also, former Governor Bevin was a nightmare.

It seems pretty apparent to me that Depp is a pretty decent person most of the time, but that certain people/situations can bring out the worst in him.
