Have you been on a campus lately? I thought the amenities were absurdly wasteful with my money when I was in school 2009-2013, but half the buildings on and near my campus are new since then, and all of them are luxury apartments and high end shopping/dining. When the loan companies will pay for it and every other

If you take someone out, it should end your race. That’s the hill I’m going to die on. It should never be in your best competitive interest to crash out an opponent, yet it frequently is with the end result often being dangerous and infuriating crashes like this.

Despite everything making me want to view this as an intentional pit maneuver on Max by a cynical cut throat competitor with nothing to lose. Everything from Mercedes stating “all we need is one Max DNF” earlier in the week to Hamilton stating “if I don’t get him on the first lap I won’t get him” before the race and

All I know is I couldn’t figure out how to do it before I was too close for comfort to the steam return policy’s playtime limit. The only career I could figure out in the version I bought was to create some totally fictional driver. Pretty sure this was f1 2019.

I don’t understand these games. You always have to play as some fictional driver. Who wants that? No one buys Madden to be the “Memphis elephants” or something, they want to make their favorite team/players champions. It’s insane to me that anyone buys a game where you can’t play as Kimi winning 8 championships in a

There’s only 2 reasons I’m not emailing him right now to buy this. First, I live in the rust belt and would want this as a daily but would never be ok driving it when the roads are salted. And second, I’m a bit afraid of the battery pack issues. I could overcome the second objection, but the first would take a move to

There’s some huge amount of crossover between c-suite/board of PMI and fiat/ferrari. My guess is there’s a a scheme to spend tobacco profits in a way that will boost the performance of the racing brands they also profit from, and that somehow the net result is better for them. Like, no one is buying stock in a tobacco

I think the rarity of the logo, and it’s likely pending status as a brief curiosity, are actually huge pluses for the missing winning shirt (I bought one too, it’s my only blipshift shirt ever) . But then I like obscure shirts have have to explain to people and own things like a “nurgurgbring” shirt as a joke.

You can’t get one without the other. “We want this tire to wear out extremely fast, but then never truly wear out no matter what” is an absurd design goal. Either you build it to fail or to succeed. F1 demands tires that fail, then crosses their fingers that no one pushes them to structural failure, only performance

I’d happily buy pirellis. I know that the race tires work as designed since failing tires and pit strategy to replace said tires are the only things that turn these events into “races” rather than parades. The sport demands pirelli make tires with dramatic performance cliffs, rather than the best they can make. We all

I think they 100% realized they needed a veteran. Honestly I’m all but certain they’d have taken Ricciardo or Vettel back if either would have them. They were pretty sure they had a car that could win and totally sure they didn’t have 2 drivers who could. After losing out on so much the last few years due to the

Also, every car I’ve ever had of this vintage (really, up to the early 2000s, actually) comes with a tool kit. It should be standard equipment, cars need maintenance. Do you make fun of cars that come with spare tires too?

I have one with more miles. Was running totally fine when I stripped everything out of it a couple years back to do some restoration. Kinda stalled on that since I have a lower miles working Milano, but if they didn’t die right away, they were likely maintained well and will therefore run pretty much forever.

For me, Milanos are my 2nd, 4th and 5th car. (the 4th and 5th aren’t running, but maybe I’ll finish fixing them someday.) Every time I think I might be able to chance a critical journey or commute in one, it lets me down. Fun drive? Absolutely! Need to get somewhere at a specific time? That’s just a dice roll at best!

Read what Elumerere responded to you. It was said perfectly. You’re an edge case and EVs aren’t for you, but they are good for many people

Every EV on sale this century can easily handle a 50 mile commute with only 120v trickle charging at home.

I get the gas the manufacturer recommends. No reason to waste money on better gas for a car that can’t use it or punish an engine with worse gas than it was designed for. No reason to think about it more than that. This question is like asking “do you use gas or diesel?” Different cars need different fuels, use what

Everything she does recently is lashing out. She’s always looking for a reason outside of herself to be “the problem” rather than figuring out herself. It resonated not because she wanted Ian’s success, but because she realized that when someone powerful is literally begging to help give her whatever she wants, she

I think the point was that she’s not perfectly fine just liking her job playing video games. And she has been lashing out at outside things rather than figuring out/working on what would be better for her. She was talking to Ian about how she’s worried about her new relationship, after so long wishing for it to get

It’s not a review! It’s a “first drive.” It’s intended to give initial impressions. They’ve been writing these forever. Ugh.
