What is wrong with you? Other than the loud sound of a flush or the hand dryer, of course normal sane people can carry on their conversations or be friends to their friends in a bathroom. I get feeling a little self conscious and not striking up a conversation with a stranger, like I know that’s not what people do

I hear you, this brand always confused me because I’ve always had more trouble finding shirts long enough to tuck in than ones short enough to leave untucked. I’m your size but my sister has it so much worse, she’s 5'6 and we’re the same length hip to shoulder, she’s all torso and nothing fits her ever!

To fixate on one point you made, why should ‘rideshare’ apps try to undercut on price since they are generally seen to provide a better service than taxis in many ways? Like back in the day I remember calling taxi companies and waiting hours for a cab that never showed up, I would have expected to pay more for a

Funny, I think under 25 Lewis was so much more tolerable than the current version. He’s so insufferable these days. I mean sure he is pretty mature in most interactions with others/interviews, and can be quite gracious and really seem overall decent. But the way he constantly finds some way to whine every race and set

I mean if you can afford a 33 Stradale a full time mechanic on household staff would be an afterthought. Even new this was never meant to be a daily or anything close to it . If you want that, the Montreal has a 2.6L 200hp engine based on this design and shoudl be as daily-able as any 1970s high end Italian car.

Um, yes. The 33 Stradale chassis this was based on was literally the most expensive and among if not the fastest road cars in the world when it came out in 1968. The engines are ever so slightly detuned from the race tipo 33 cars and can rev to 10k. Utterly absurd and utterly perfect.

I mean, let’s say he’s drinking beer that’s ~4.5% abv and 150 calories per 12 ounces (so like a mainstream Bud or high life or something).

But with TNGA, Toyota says everything from the current Lexus LS and the new Corolla share a modular platform, so it’s not really crazy to think the IS would be too, it just hasn’t been redesigned yet

Umm, While I’ll give you that the Alfa probably has steeper than even ‘normal’ luxury car depreciation, a 10 year old first generation electric car won’t be good for anything but a museum display unless you want to put more money into a new battery than the car is worth. And let’s not pretend Tesla has even average

I have 3 Bussos and only 2 complete Milanos, someone want to find me a Miata to do the swap?

I fly a lot and it seems to me that 99% of passengers (myself included) have a maximum of two two-second interactions with attendants. How can you be treated like crap when they only hand you a snack/drink and then wish you a great day as you walk off the plane? What else does anyone interact with them for? Maybe just

I agree this seems true today but also less than 5 years ago I would have said something like Cadillac looks like it’s on the right track and Lincoln will be a trim level on fords by next year.” So let’s not get too ahead of ourselves with either brand

How do Kia’s regen driving modes compare to GM’s? I love driving GM electrics for the regen paddles and “low gear” setting/one pedal driving. Most driving fun I’ve had this side of a manual, counterintuitively. Does this car have something like that?

For sure. This will be the first of the Tesla crushers. But to be fair any totally new for 2019 car should take the wind out of the sails of a 7 year old design in the same segment or it’s a failure. Tesla did some cool stuff when everyone else was dragging feet but I can’t see them staying on top as everyone else

I was just thinking this, we always say they want to go back to the ‘50s. Seems more and more like it’s the 1850s not the 1950s!

The crazy thing to me that is EVs still need pretty serious cooling/temp regulation, why not just have a grille if it’s so hard not to?

It’s not a generational thing. My aunt is about 50 and when she came over for Christmas this year she asked that we watch the Syracuse Bowl game as a family. No one else could be in the room with her for more than a few minutes as she screamed at the TV over pedestrian plays like she was on the 50 yard line for a

Have you seen a bolt? They probably built the ct6 for China compliance, true. But the Volt/ELR was designed for the realities of the late 2000s and a very nascent charging network. The bolt is an amazing true EV and pretty much the only option for a 200+ mile ev in the promised “affordable” price range until this year

Yep. Sounds right. It’s the 2.0t ct6 with a volt battery in the trunk and a hybrid transmission in the middle. It’s as quick as the v6 ct6, but gets 60 odd MPGe and way more if you are good about cheating it. You didn’t know about it because they never marketed it, but I can also accept that it’s a very limited

CT-6 plug in. Mostly made in and for China but you could get them here. About 30miles electric range, sub 6 second 0-60, rear wheel drive. Actually a pretty cool car but still way overpriced new (hope for my sake values crater like the ELR, i could consider one of those for $25k in a couple years if I’m still stuck in
