In the US Holocaust Museum. It’s not a fucking to do-list Bannon!

It’s classic dictator chic. Look familiar? (Ivanka’s practically in Evita’s exact dress!)

Together, we will make love

There were a few times at the DC March when people started chanting Black Lives Matter and everyone joined in with the same enthusiasm as all the other chants. It was awesome!

I read the Tweetstorm the woman from Indigenize OU, and she brings up some very valid points about white people in the crowd wearing Redskins caps and not taking them seriously. Those criticisms are serious and do show that a lot of the people marching suffered from intersectional blindnesses that need to be pointed

The crowd at my sister march was mostly white. It was interesting to see the reactions of white women listening to a speaker chant Black Lives Matter and Si se puede.

I went to a march is possibly more lily white Concord New Hampshire, we had a transwoman speak, as well as a Burmese Muslim refugee. It wasn’t perfect but like my mom said, it felt good to do something. Also what was super awesome was a booth where we could write postcards to our Governor, and I was able to let him

Yes! Do you happen to remember the organization that one of the speakers (a young Latina woman) was involved in? It had something to do with LGBT rights in KC, and I wanted to look into it, but I totally forgot to write the name down!

Agreed! The Topeka march was so inspiring! I loved when the Native American woman placed the Black Lives Matter shirt over the lectern and the crowd went nuts cheering! In Topeka, Kansas, for the love of god!!!!!

The focus on “white women” seems odd to me; weren’t the main organizers white, black, Hispanic, and Muslim? Is it more focused on participants?

Ive said it before, but I loved the effort my local march (in lily-white Kansas) made to make sure that the speakers were diverse- in their race, gender expression, sexual orientation, religion, abilities, class, age, and point of view. The crowd was respectful and receptive to all the different speakers, and

“We’re stronger when you shut the fuck up and do what I tell you.”

“I want to unite everybody because as a team we’re stronger together.”

Yes, this is something we all need to remember. NOTHING he says or does will lose him the support of his core supporters. We cannot count on anything changing due to a sudden loss of support in Congress. He will not get impeached.

YES!

‘Could Donald Trump do anything to lose their support? “No,” Dawn replied.’

Oh Fuck You Andrew from San Diego! Say what you really mean: “I’m an ableist asshole that wants to go back to when those people were segregated from the normal ones.” I sincerely hope this man has no children and no special needs people have to be around him

WIN!! Also, ew.

I wonder why Jon Chait didn’t get that same sense of welcoming from his women friends.
