I believe that most people honestly underestimate how incredibly hard it is to make a good car, and how much harder it is to make one that satisfies the various regulatory bodies. Basically all law enforcement agencies are good at handling protests in the way they want to. Whether they do it like this or do it like they did in Dallas, it’s by choice.
