Where is the Joker on this list? Few movies have grappled the consequences of austerity and a post Regan world period let alone using a comic book backdrop that reverse our expectations.

Yen+Adkins makes this the most important movie of the year.

This is perfectly said. What started out as mostly kid movies somehow had to be important because the people that watched them as a kid grew into adulthood and still needed these movies and further movies to profound. Its ok to love something as a kid but grow out of it.

This is why I was always intrested by what the Wachowski’s where doing. They always swung for the fence instead of laying down a bunt or slap balling a single. It might not work out but it was always interesting.

I am saying he is histories greatest monster for doing that. How many jobs lost, how many marriages and relationships ruined, how many homes that decayed and where lost, how many good byes of loved ones missed.

Endgames was lazy with its time travel fix it all plot. And it’s morality is disgusting making a selfish monster into a hero for a movie aimed at kids with its treatment of Iron Man as if he was a hero not the biggest villain in a comic movie yet after his selfish decision to destroy the lives of half the people in

Thank you. Its a comedy without jokes. Beanie Feldsteins character is a horrible person.  The school appears to be a warzone yet everyone is going to Yale.

    >It’s the cool kids making fun of the unpopular kid for not following some secret code only they made up

I don’t why are you here?

Really what is the point? Marty has not done business with Disney in almost 20 years and its been even longer than that with Fox. Given the current state of Disney there basically next to no chance he works with them going forward given that Disney only makes franchise films aimed at kids.

Maybe but most of those people first had a problem with the perceived politics of the movie or comments made by Todd Philips so searched for a reason other than they wanted to hate the movie because of its perceived politics.  Again see the dozen of stories and the comment section just here at AV Club.

Sure there can be sincere and regular reasons for disliking a movie but that was not the case for the Joker it was hated here because of the perceived politics of the movie.  The dozen or so articles articles that touch on the politics of the movie or the director before its release tell us that.

As someone that looked forward to seeing Good Time based on reviews and trailer but than was bored out of my mind is this movie more good time or is it actually good?

Aqurela is a worse movie than everything listed.  Book Smart was really bad.  Five Feet Apart was trash.  Why Joker when Captain Marvel came out this year?

Piedmon College settled with Jewell the libel case he filled against them.

No, the main villain in the story of Richard Jewel is the FBI and the media. The main villain in the Olympic Park Bombing is Eric Rudolph. This is a movie about Richard Jewel.

She is in the Super Morbidly Obese range (50+ BMI*) which has a life expectancy less than a smokers. It takes off well over 20 years of quality-adjusted life years.

It will never happen but would love a Bernd Rosemeyer and Elly Beinhorn movie. The best driver of the time and the best female pilot of the time and one of the best cars of all time.

Does this one finally have a happy ending of the Jacobins rising up and giving the Royals a nice little shave?
