what is this Wii U everybody is talking about? Is it a peripheral for the nintendo wii?

Now playing

“not available in your country”
well, shit
i’ll just leave this here then

I don’t see why console manufacturers can’t release two different devices within the same generation. The Atari 2600 and 5200 are considered to be part of the same generation. There’s also the Virtual Boy. It was neither a successor to the Game Boy Color or shared the same graphical prowess as the Nintendo 64 yet it

Old celluloid film was highly combustible and made of cellulose which degrades over time.

all the unexpandability of the Mac Pro, now with a built-in screen!

I don’t see why not; it succeeded the Wii and came out a year prior to the PS4/XB1 launch. But some will suggest that, since the Switch just came out that would be the true current-gen machine.

Technically Yes.

On OSX: 51.8% use Safari, 36.2% use Chrome.

Earthbound remake for the Switch, Claymation visuals and remastered audio.

I feel like the lack of comments on this article means that people didn’t realize the gravity of this case. Had the court ruled in Lexmark’s favor, it would have opened the door for all sorts of chicanery from companies sneaking anti-reselling language into their EULA’s. We dodged a major bullet here, people.

Its your lucky day. The game sells for $50. Good thing nothing is stopping you now.

So effectively almost another 4 years until the first film?

No man:

Here’s mine:

Nintendo should have produced more bottled water to meet high demands.

Congress doesn’t have a wifi enabled TV or computer screen just sitting there. Also, twitter isn’t chromecast enabled on iphones.

Sure, not anymore. Nintendo saw to that issuing a baseless (as there was no infringement) CND letter against a simple mod, so now it’s been clandestinely released and can be had not only as an IPS, but also as a pre-patched ROM file. Point being, Nintendo turned it into a problem when it wouldn’t have been otherwise.

Inaccurate. It was developed (and slated to be released) as an IPS delta patch for the game, not as a fully working game ROM. It is absolutely not a piracy case (nor is it an IP case, btw). Not any more than the shirtless Lara Croft patches were back in the day. It’s a modification for a game that you have to already

I sometimes suspect this myself, but then I wonder which executive is kicking back in his office going, “Yeah we’re missing out on $50 million in revenue, but that product is hot as fuck this year ain’t it?”
