h.265 is the magic number. Both Netflix and Amazon are streaming in HEVC, it doesn’t use that much more data then 1080p streaming. Welcome to the future!

PS4 does not output 4K, only PS4 Pro can, so you cannot run Netflix in 4K hence no HDR.

There’s no way to test it since zero games have HDR so far, and Netflix does not work in HDR without 4K for now.
