It was a bad take even as it was born; even with a score to tie it up, it never felt anything like a close game.

You’ll need to use a homebrew launcher, so chances are this isn’t an option for anyone who’s kept their Switch patched throughout.
Seems sort of circular that the deleted article was apparently based on (or at least included) an also-deleted tweet from Drew Magary.

A stunning lack of self-awareness from the guy too afraid to write this under his own name.
CCTV claims Apple has taken down 25,000 apps, and at least 4,000 of the removed apps were “tagged with the keyword ‘gambling.’”
So you’ve seen a list of each and every app taken down and can confirm that every one of them violates Chinese law in some way?
So, stats people: how many teams have recorded a 20-run win AND a 20-run loss in the same season? The same month? I’m genuinely curious.
The biggest problem I had with Tri was that - contrary to what was supposed to be a major theme of the story - there were never any real consequences. For whatever reason, the writers insisted on keeping a status quo for a universe that had all but ended more than fifteen years prior, and they barely bothered to…
Some two-for-one specials going on there?
Honestly I can’t even fathom why Microsoft would want to buy GitHub. Certainly they’d have a larger initial userbase and publicity level than if they simply started their own repository service, but what use do they have for one in the first place? Windows is closed-source, and the projects they do have repositories…
Kids these days, with their fancy “ad-blockers” and “Chrome extensions”... back in my day, if we needed to redirect traffic, we had to edit our systems’ hosts file. By hand! And, by God, we liked it!
Dunno about capturing (the capture screen shows ‘Get Ready’ and ‘Help’ as options, but never anything directly about attacking, and it even shows the target’s CP, PoGo style), but if you look around 1:20 in the trailer it’s pretty clear that trainer battles are standard enough.
We’d just finished moving and hadn’t restocked the fridge; we had a supermarket fruit juice blend (orange/pineapple/banana, I think), half a bottle of Diesel, and for whatever reason, an unopened 20oz bottle of Mello Yello.
Right, but we still can’t back up saves locally, with or without a subscription? It’s simple enough to copy a piece of data to a microSD card - hackers have already released tools for it, and if there’s concerns about save data sharing, all that needs to be done is to add a simple function to encrypt the files with a…
Wasn’t just the bass, although the sitar part took enough liberties that it might’ve been hard to recognize otherwise.
You just know this whole study was the result of a drunken pissing contest over who could get the most ridiculous research grant approval. Look at those smug-ass faces.
Not available in stores!
If you really want to nitpick, the title you’re thinking of is ‘Final Fantasy II’, at least for the SNES.
The 8MB tweak is, as far as I’m aware, effectively the same as replacing the jumper pak with the RAM expansion pak, much like Majora’s Mask needed. I don’t know if it’s something that PJ64 automatically does for games with recognized headers or not, but having to enable this option shouldn’t preclude it from working…
