That’s a good role for her. Like Byrne in his more sympathetic roles, she is great at conveying empathy and seeming to really listen to other people.

It never actually occurred to me to intentionally hit someone with the book while I was carrying it around. If I was staring at someone, I was probably making up some weird backstory for them in my head because this is a thing I notice that I do now after reading the book.

I second this emotion but with the caveat that the book is physically unnaturally heavy. (Seriously, it’s like three pounds.)  

I still check her blog* for updates every now and then. When I invariably find there are no new entries, I go back and read them all again, laughing as much as I did the first time I read them. I will absolutely buy this book.

Awesome, I did not know this was coming! For the longest time I just hoped that Allie Brosh was doing okay wherever she was because it had been so long since a new Hyperbole and a Half strip had been published and she had been so open about struggling with depression. Anyway, I’m glad she’s back. 

This book is good and you should read it. 

The OA! I watched that twice this year. I really loved what they did and thought they could have pulled off their 5 season plan. 

Actually, what I want is for them to undo a certain offing in Season 2.
