Yep JLo, this is what a lack of accountability looks like. AFAIC, you can get married every weekend if you’re into that. But don’t say they don’t count. It makes you sound like a six year-old. Sad hard truth: after 18 or maybe 21, it all counts. All of it.

When I start seeing married or cohabitating women anywhere close to 50/50 on shoveling the snow all winter, mowing the grass all summer, exterior painting and ANYTHING THAT REQUIRES A LADDER OR GOD FORBID GETTING ON THE ROOF, I may buy into the notion that women are getting the dirty end of the stick.

As Martin Luther King might have said “I have a dream. That black and white influencers will live together in a sponsor-paid house and the house tumbles down the steepest hill in all Coachella into an indistinguishable pile of rubble (and influencers). Amen” 

I see the problem as one involving unmet expectations. Women complain—- rightly I guess— that guys say they’re up for “their half” before the kids come and when it gets real they flake out and leave it to the women. Instead they might tell their wives/gf’s—as part of the family planning dialogue —that they’re not up…
