I used to pass FIAT's Lingotto factory on the train on my way through Italy every year. It's a pretty crazy building - the production line spiralled up the interior until the finished cars popped out onto the roof-top test track for evaluation.
Even a (strangely appealing in that blue) Yugo can do 80 mph, and that's all this kid needs for some pretty serious carnage.

The only A610 I ever got a close look at was owned by a guy who did some pretty dangerous stuff with experimental lasers. You do still see the odd one about here in Angleterre.
