This is incredible.
This is incredible.
The Vikings are probably still shipping first round picks to Dallas for Hershel Walker, so why not trade the rest of them away for Johnson?
Rick Spielman: Hmm. A guy that can be a big primary target for a young franchise QB?
[signs Jerricho Cotchery]
That is some SOLID Internet stalking!! (No sarcasm or assholery intended)
I KNEW the comments in here would be fucking gold! This is beautiful.
Obviously I'm no professional athlete, but I keep in pretty good shape running 3-6 marathons per year. I had the same surgery and walked out of the OR as well. If he's playing in 4-6 weeks, he will be putting tremendous stress on his knee and will definitely need injections into the knee to dull the pain. At this…
As a Vikings fan, I have trouble with this whole thing on multiple levels:
Ryan Leaf is just a sad sack...
Oh, this is just the tip, LA area residents.
Classic Snowbluff.
Seth Davis is an insufferable blowhard. He reminds me of that guy in every college class that raises his hand after the professor says "well if there are no questions, I will let you guys out early...."
I agree. I am a teacher, coach 3 sports and referee during my one off season, so I'm quite familiar with the insane parents. I actually had a parent come on the court during a 7th grade game that I was officiating last week. I don't remember things being like this when I was 10-12, but that was in the early 90s so…
+1, you beat me to it.
I read a piece on him a year or so back, sort of a where are they now that talked about his skills. FilthFlarnFilth is exactly right. He had great stuff against kids two years his junior, but against his own age group, his skills weren't as impressive. Don't get me wrong, he wasn't a hack to be able to play as long…
Those are great points. As long as I can wear my cut off wolf tshirt and drink Old Milwaukee on the day of the World Championship and watch the Americans kick some commie ass, I don't care how they're doing it.
I've been wondering why they would go so far as to hire private investigators. They must really have a disdain for the JRW organizers, because I can't imagine there's a huge monetary gain (other than notoriety and numbers increasing due to that) from advancing that far.
What burns my ass is that I have a hard time believing the Japanese, Mexican, and other yearly contenders for the world title all live within the LL defined districts. I'd be really interested in a piece that did some digging into this. These kids have been ostracized by adults that lie, cheat, and steal their way…
I guess you have to consider that today. But he has been with them since 2009, and he is competing and focusing on it year round (as opposed to college when you have classes, parties, etc.) If you look at most athletes that join OTC, NOP, and others, those guys/gals are all improving like that. They have nutrition…
I'm so impressed with the NOP and OTC the past few years. I have a friend that I ran with in college that has been training with OTC, and he has taken nearly 5 seconds of his PR (!!!!!) in the 800. And he was a D1 national champion to boot. NOP and OTC make me really look forward to the 2016 olympics.
Penn State fans are passing a hat around collecting games for him.
