Something doesn't have to be packed with action and cheesy one-liners to be good. On the contrary, my friend. I thought Drive was a much-needed breath of fresh air in a very, very stale genre.

They thought hey were going to see a Hollywood action movie and instead got some deep, sun-drenched soul searching set to beautiful music, distant tenderness, and brutal violence.

It was good because it wasn't an action flick. The pacing was really good, with a lot of peace and tranquility juxtaposed against the flashes of brutal violence.

I know, right? I was surprised too.

The music was part of what made Drive what it was.

You sound like you want to alleviate that.

Aye, and the only one he gave.

I'll say whatever I damn well want to.

I wouldn't call Star Wars' plot an "Oscar nominated drama".

    Indeed.

I'm genuinely surprised by the lack of "Drive" haters.

Oh, sh*t! It's the grammar police!

Why not have a good game AND a good story?

    Sure.

    I guess.

    The Walking Dead is good.

I've seen some shitty, shitty indie stuff.

Sounds like you're one of those people.

    Your point being ... ?

The Tolkien segments made me laugh.
