Comment about why we all love Valve.

While I appreciate and agree with most of the things you said, I don't think the witch hunts were particularly progressive when it came to Christianity dealing with a stereotype they imposed on women.

    An open mind is important.

I was referring more specifically to the concept of original sin and the way women were (and to some extent still are) treated in certain religious communities. Demonizing half of the human race in any way is, in my mind, disgusting and archaic.

I don't believe Kate once said there weren't crazies on both sides. She's just demonizing the perverts and jerks, not the entire male half of the human race.

If wishes were fishes, my friend.

    That or she's a witch and/or prostitute.

It's important in the modern-day incarnations of religions. I remember the Dali Lama saying that when the world changes so too must Buddhism to meet the times.

    That bad, eh?

    I have Borderlands for both.

    Yes. She was awesome.

Maybe, though I'd probably get it for PC instead.

    Gotcha.

    Nice.

No problem. I was away from the computer for eleven days in solitary confinement.

It's amazing if you understand the references.

    A garage? How come?

    In games, obviously.

Fair enough. I'm just tired of the blatant nihilistic victimism, that's all.

Hope you've been enjoying it so far.
