Edge pieces are overrated! That puzzle does look difficult but, as other commenters have pointed out, it's probably not nearly as difficult as the double sided ones (with the same image on both sides).

I do jigsaw puzzles to relax. Just the thought of working on something of this difficulty level stresses me out.

Yes, and they cut it from both sides so you can't look at the piece edge on and see which way it's smushed down to figure out which side was facing up when it was cut... if that makes sense. Those are no fun.
