I work in tech HR and this is about as good of an announcement as anyone could expect.  They are doing this the right way.  Compare this with the train wreck must created at Twitter.  Bottom line, the majority of the employees impacted will find new jobs quickly and possibly even before their 16 weeks severance runs…
