I never watched The Apprentice, because...gross, but I get the distinct impression that no one like this woman other than herself. It seems like a really poor choice to place someone everyone hates in charge of engendering public trust. So, perfectly on track with Trump Transition: The Reality Show!

There isn’t really much treatment. In theory talk/cognitive therapy, but it would be very difficult to get the person to recognize a problem and agree to therapy. They don’t believe there is any issue to be addressed and that they’re smarter than any therapist would be, anyway.
