I had a problem with the gameplay, which I believe Team Ninja had quite a bit to do with? Third person sequences going inside small rooms (bathrooms, I think?) that was uneventful and literally nothing is gained from going in them? Not to mention third person movement using a d-pad? And how about first person gameplay…

Movement wasn't restricted to a 2D plane though, so I don't think calling it 2D, or even a sidescroller would fit.
I love the 2D games, and the 3D games are fantastically done too, but I've always wanted a 2.5D or third person one, pleeeeeeeeease Nintendo! Please erase the travesty of Other M. :(
