Does this go all the back to the beginning of the Oscars? If so, I'm not surprised, but I would imagine the list looks very different over the past 15-20 years.

I agree I would rather honor MLK over Chris Kyle, but the Academy Awards aren't given to the best human being. There's no Oscar for "Most Heartwarming Tale." I'm glad they did an MLK movie (he doesn't have enough of them), but the actual movie wasn't very good. American Sniper, while I hated the subject and Clint…
Selma wasn't a particularly good movie though...
... But Selma was a terrible movie.
"Penn State is relevant today for one reason."
Of course a ginger would claim souls don't exist.
Thank god I don't have to worry about this issue.
If someone I don't know writes me a hateful email out of the blue I would respond in a similar fashion, especially if he's making personal attacks.
I had an Accounting class in college with a gentleman named Michael Jordan (not the Basketball player). The professor would do roll-call every morning and he would always pause and say "Michael Jordan" with definitive purpose. It was great.
Did the officer know the man was a sex offender? I mean, if I put two people in the back of my car, it's not reasonable to expect one will rape the other while I'm gone, is it?
Most players and coaches wouldn't do interviews if they weren't required to. Would Tom Brady have come up to talk about Ballghazi if some NFL PR guy didn't force him to? Probably not. Bill Belichick would murder every reporter in a 50 mile radius if he could. The interviews these guys give provide entertainment…
Because playing football very well is a very marketable skill outside of the NFL.
Talking to media and promoting the league is part of the gig. Being able to run fast with a leather ball in your hands doesn't pay much without the NFL.
I agree, but it's petty to ask for more from your employer of all people. If I agree to do a job for $X,XXX, then I won't complain when I get paid $X,XXX. If I want more money, I will do something to earn it, not stand outside with a sign demanding it.
I've never understood complaining about pay... Isn't your wage/salary agreed upon before starting work? Why would anyone agree to work at wage X and then complain they're not making wage Y?
Patriots cheated: In other news, water is wet.
I'm offended that pigs-in-a-blanket and chicken wings aren't an option.
We shall capitalize.
I've heard that theory before, but there is little to no evidence to suggest that. My original point stands, it doesn't matter how expert of a driver you are - anyone can get into an accident. Speeding only increases that possibility.
Sure, which facts am I missing? I would like to revise my statement if untrue.
