While I contend that it is the woman's decision, I think you are missing the point. Both sides will readily admit that the ideal amount of abortions each year would be zero; no unexpected pregnancies, no rape, no birth defects, etc. I doubt you hope to one day have an abortion.

It isn't. I'll completely accept that, and I do not feel that I am trying to get up in anyone's business. It's a general statement; such as "I think drug use is too high" or "people are watching too much football" or "my boyfriend eats too much junk food." If I offended you, I am sincerely sorry.

Abortion rates are down - I never said they weren't. I said abortion rates are too high. There's a very distinct and important difference in the two statements. As I said, yelling matches get us no where.
