Tbh I have gotten to the point I can’t stand the movies anymore. I can’t go to car shows without hearing about the series now, it’s all people in the car scene talk about other than GTR GTR GTR, miata, 240s or drift cars.

I remember looking at these for a first car in 07 and they were stupid cheap and I could choose from any year and condition as even the best were worth about 7k. Then by 2011 they were all gone or out of my budget for a clean unmodified one.
There’s a few old pictures of it like this in LA. rare but it has occurred more than you’d think.
Dont get me wrong these and the R34 are amazing looking, I know I’m going to get alot of hate and all but honestly I’m tired of hearing anything about GTR’s, miata, and drift car bro. don’t get me wrong, I love the R34 to death, I’d own one but the fanboyism is killing it for me. that’s all the young people talk about…
No I don’t think he would to be honest, he’s more interested in getting jobs back in the country and taxing foreign goods being shipped over in mass on America’s dime essentially. I don’t think the tiny minority of people who want to buy a foreign car that’s new or less than 25 yrs old and have it shipped would…
Nah, GM fucked up badly with the SS mainly because they were all 45k+and fully loaded with only 2 options. that and no advertisment. they should have sold a base SS with a V8 and not much else for sub 30k. Everything else as an option and that may have cut deeply into the chargers profits.
He should spend a few years in prison just on account of that horrid thing he called music that we had to endure for the length of his stupidity.
We should all be concerned about cities banning any kind of car because then they’ll go to regular gasoline cars, thus the loss of our freedom to move about.
Love the fact that some of the older cars fit in well with modern traffic, that’s what I love about the cars from the late 40s and 50s. they look as though they belong in today’s modern traffic where as alot of cars from the 80s, 90s, and most of the 2000s look horribly out dated.
And for 20-30k you can go buy a badass great condition car from almost any decade or take your pick from all the classic cars from the last 70 years. why spend 4ok on some new sedan or suv or muscle car when you have options.
I love this body style as well. I also love the first body style of the Panamera as well, while everyone said it was ugly as sin, I loved it.
It’s 2016 and automakers still haven’t figured out how to make the A, B, C pillars. the easiest way around the visability is buy a mercedes 2 door hardtop( also known as a pillarless coupe). 2-4 door hardtops need to make a comeback on the car scene.
One other place you see a tone of classics is denver. yeah it snows but I’ve seen the old 50s,60 ford, chevy, gmc trucks out in the cold as well as many 50s,60s family land yachts. but it really takes off in the spring when every kind of car comes out till the next big snow. I guess it has to do with the fact that the…
Love eichler homes. to bad they burn fast.
This is how it should be till no one drives a car anymore, sounds like paradise. to bad LA is super liberal and has to many restrictive laws for my taste. Hopefully that will change in the near future.
I understand because of crash testing and other stuff but why can’t this country build stuff like this?
What the hell are you on about? It’s fucking sunny most of the year there. and the finned cars of the 50s are cool, sorry that some people prefer style over little econoboxes, didn’t know it was a sin of taste for liking them. sorry but it’s Americana and I love my country.
Sad that America doesn’t build insane stuff anymore. we used to drive around in 20ft long cars that had giant fins, V8s and were covered in chrome. what happened?
