The one automotive trend that if done right would be great to see again.
Glad to see that Panaramic roofs aren’t showing up, Figured people would hate them. But my pick for worst trend has to be the giant wheels.
Why can’t the us be like this? Even if you could import any car you wanted new I doubt people would buy them like hot cakes. Like full auto weapons, you can buy them but there’s so much paper work and not to mention the huge cost of them. Most wouldn’t spend 9-15k on a full auto gun when they could get the same gun…
The whole idea of the 25 year is ludicrous. We can have fully automatic guns but heaven forbid a car that was made only in another country is banned for 25 years.
I for one can vouch for knowing how cops act towards anyone nowdays, they now just slink around and act all skittish and predatory with everyone now. In their cars have a tendency to start to drive erratic when they are deciding on their target(i.e slowing down to we’ll past the speed limit while next to you then as…
When Eisenhower came up with the interstate system plan after ww2 during his presidency, why for the love of god did he not give us an autobahn like germany???? This country is literally the best candidate for one. Though I used to work with an old man at my last job who grew up during the 50s-60s and he said for a…
I can’t believethis editor even went where he did with this video. They really are just grabbing at straws over everything thing the man ever did. I don’t know why they care if barron sits in the front, I have no memory of being in a car seat when I was in my own mothers car, but with my dad it’s a different story. My…
My dad about bought a SSEI bonneville back in the mid 90s when I was about 3, because he needed a kid hauler. He just started making good money and had his old truck paid off but at 24k new (if I remember right) he changed his mind. Badass car though, I’ve driven one before.
As someone who used to work at a Chevy dealership I completely agree with the impala being first. They are amazing, they are definitely cross country vehicles. They are soft and soak up the bumps very nicely.
I saw one in the wild yesterday morning going down I25 through Denver. I actually said out loud “Holy shit it’s a Windstar!”
Still want to put a single turbo 2j in one of these.
Roads, highways, and bridges are the one thing that should never have been neglected. By the time we got done with the bulk of improving our infrastructure after WWII it was time to start up dating it but no, we let it fall apart.
What’s even worse is that America closed off, converted or let the fallout shelters fall into disrepair. As long as there are nuclear weapons or anything that exceeds them we will always need fallout shelters.
I’ll be unpopular and throw BMW under the bus. They really make some bland cars now and even the big car magazine reviews keep admitting that they are coming in last to some of the American cars in the sport car categories with their M series. 15 years ago the M cars were good looking and were pretty much unbeatable.
Those Hudsons are sick. Every time I see one I always imagine that’s what you be riding in when guys in black come to take you for a “midnight ride”
They’ve always been really good cars. Though I’m not a fan of the new styling. But I’d buy the hatch if I were to buy one.
The R8 has been with us since 2004s I-robot. That’s over 10 years old even though it was just a concept looking car in the movie. The R8s have and still look great even today.
I think we should all agree that black is now played out at this point, this picture proves it. Let us return to the days of crazy colors once again.
