Amazon and GrubHub are also guilty of this. I work full time as a delivey driver. Amazon will not pay me a tip over $5. They adjust their portion of my earning to compensate for the customers tip. The more you tip the lesd they pay. Same with Grubhub im only guaranteed to make $9/hr. Luckily i average out 15-20/hr
