It did come off looking like he was angry. Considering Hannibal's attachment to his sister and the conversation he had earlier with Will about his regrets in regard to Abigail, I do wonder if Will completely misinterpreted just how much Hannibal manipulated the situation.

I'm sorry, but you're the one who felt the need to justify your statements by mentioning that you're liberal and bi.

It amazes me that whenever someone voices an opinion about queerbaiting, they're immediately told by someone to stop watching the show if they don't like it.

And those who argue that queerbaiting isn't taking place are ignoring the fact that this show can still have good and evil, manipulation, consumption, power, spirituality, and psychology in a twisted way without a lot of what has taken place that's been used as examples of queerbaiting.

Precisely.

Same back at you.

No. Good job of twisting my words.

Part of the definition: "When people in the media (usually television/movies) add homoerotic tension between two characters to attract more liberal and queer viewers with the indication of them not ever getting together for real in the show/book/movie." - Urban Dictionary.

I'll admit that I didn't like this episode as much as I hoped that I would. I don't, as this writer states, think that Hannibal sees himself as Will's father.

I just re-watched it and I'm kind of wondering if the performance was enhanced. It looked almost like an overlay — voice and face partially dubbed. Then again, it could have simply been really good acting enhanced by lighting from the fire. Either way. It was a good scene.

Cable channels are doing okay because they've combined their old model with on demand viewing and binge seasons. Money from success with the old model makes it possible for them to put more into productions and provides them with the opportunity to wait a little longer for shows to catch on. I believe that networks

I meant Arrow drawing viewers away. Also, mid-week isn't a good spot for a show like Revolution. They should have kept it on Mondays. I also wonder how much cost was a factor?

When you take into account binge viewing and instant online viewing of entire seasons of shows, piracy and costs related to cable, it's not surprising.

There was no way that Revolution could survive against Arrow in that time slot. It figures that just as I started to enjoy the show (after binge watching the episodes and completely ignoring some of the really bad S1 plot points), it would be cancelled.

Hugh Dancy's acting is amazing. The man needs to win a ton of awards. It's rare to see an actor who can control his facial and eye movements so well that every nuance matches the character's feelings, reactions or thoughts. Of course, Fuller's direction, the lighting and camera work all came into play.

I hate to disagree, but this was an A+ episode and not a B+ one. The acting was sublime. The lighting, sets and scenes… everything was just perfect and exactly as it needed to be to move the story and create that "horror" feeling. When Will ran out into the snow and then quickly made his way back with Randall

I still think Rumple and Emma should be together. They're probably the only characters that would really understand each other without the introduction of an added extra curse to help (i.e. Belle/Lacey).

I wouldn't have minded the Ironside reboot getting more screen time.

Law and Order L.A. w/ Skeet Ulrich

This! Excellent story and acting.
