I don’t know how it is in other companies, but in mine, we have a gay pride group on our company facebook that organizes these things. The company doesn’t “parade” them, they come together using company resources and join the parade.
Even beyond that, I don’t see too much of a link between your views on abortion and your views on homosexuality, except that one very large group is against both of them.
