Even if you say that, is the problem really that America isn’t ready for a character whose chest size is changeable like their height or skin color? Or is the problem that a small group of moral guardians, most of whom wouldn’t even play the game, aren’t ready for it, and businesses are catering to them to avoid the

Unfortunately, we don’t really have a word in the English language that perfectly conveys media being changed to appease moral guardians who would otherwise make a big stink over a girl’s dress being too short or her chest being too big.

They’re similar, but Tory’s is definitely different enough that it’s not copyright infringement.

This is satire, right? You don’t honestly believe we should be banning/censoring art just because a committee thinks its similar to a particular style?

Allowing a group of people what amounts to a copyright on cultural expressions in their entirety (as opposed to specific cultural expressions) seems like a very dangerous and slippery slope.

The Indian Arts and Crafts Actstates that

I love the main plot, I just wish 2/3rds of the worlds weren’t re-hashes of Disney movies. It takes about 3 hours for you to move from one plot point to the next because you have to waste time with Tarzan and Aladin.

It’s an Electra complex and your therapist is a quack. Find a better one ASAP, because no competent therapist will ever quote that neo-Freudian bullshit to you.

It really depends on what he’s saying and exactly how much his world view horrifys you. Is he saying “kill all the Mexicans”? Or is he saying “We need very strict and well enforced immigration laws to keep illegal aliens out of our country”?

Yeah, everyone keeps saying the price of a car depreciates as soon as you drive it off the lot, and that it’s only worth about half as much after 3 years as it was new, but nobody’s actually stupid enough to sell a 3 year old car at half value. So slightly used cars are actually being sold at almost new car prices,

It’s a 23 year old car. There are going to be repairs, that much is certain.

My car is pretty old, and broke down this week. Luckily it was just the distributor, but it still cost $400 to fix, which is almost as much as the car is worth. Next time it breaks, it’s probably not going to be worth it to repair, and I’ll just dump it and pick up something else. Is it worth it to buy something new

As long as they hold everyone to the same strict standard of “fire service related”, I’m fine with this. They’re allowed to have a dresscode, and “don’t put stuff on your uniform that isn’t related to your job” is a pretty decent one.

Right, but you don’t see evangelical Christians driving buses into civilians.

That’s fine, but the nature of TCGs is that you’re going to have to keep buying them. And in exchange, they offer constant novelty. If you don’t like that deal, then TCGs aren’t for you.

after the Wii, 3DS, AND Wii U’s Virtual Consoles, not to mention the NES Classic...

Why not just emulate them? Unlike PS4 and Xbox One games, NES and SNES games can be emulated on even the shitiest computer, and will all kinds of improvements courtesy of rom hacks. Why play Super Mario World on your switch when there are 152 different rom hacks of it available on Romhacking.net?

My kid brother was a student, and it’s exactly the pot liberal stereotype you’re probably imagining.

Yes, how dare he be upset that his work told him and everyone who shares his skin color not to come to work on a particular day.
