Add AWD, more power, and towing capabilities, and i'll pump babies in my wife so I can buy one. Race Red please.

Cadillac could easily undercut the German competition, yet pricing Cadillacs lower than their German counterparts creates a diminished brand image. How will Cadillac overcome this dilemma and start moving units?

SE Asia has the worst drivers. Magnitudes worse than anything in the states. It's seriously a paradigm shifting experience driving over there.

I saw one of these on the road today, and damn was it striking. There was no mistaking it from any other car in their lineup. Wouldn't blame someone for buying this over an M3 based solely on looks alone.

Lemme get this straight, you pay 60k for a Cadillac, and HIDs are optional?

I think you bring up a real problem, and I think there are a lot of people out there that think the same way; There was no way I would have bought my ATS without the discounts. At $32k for 270hp+AWD, I don't have a reason NOT to buy the car. That's how you sell to a consumer. At $40k, the value just isn't even close.

My guess? Well we all know that electric motors can deliver massive instant torque. It may be more beneficial to use that rearward weight transfer during acceleration to help plant those electrically driven rear wheels. The only other reason, that I can think of, is that a car is more aerodynamic if the rear is lower

I don't think there's a production car that'll beat the F40 in that regard.

Chevy Corsica and the related Chevy Beretta. It is my understanding that they all blew their headgaskets.

You must be a cynical, brand-whore poseur for basing your car buying decisions on pedigree.

Correction, instrument cluster font from the 80's. No heritage or pedigree? Here in the US, the Cadillac brand has that more than any other manufacturer. Besides, who buys their car based on heritage? Get a grip.

Rourke Bridge in Lowell, MA is pretty bad. It was built as a temporary bridge 30 years ago, and the deck is made from epoxy and pebbles. It's a 1/4 mile long, it's one lane in each direction, and the traffic is brutal. There are pedestrian walkways on either side, but unfortunately they're completely screened in. Once

You'll never see an Audi or BMW on this list.

Turbo ATS, 6-10% jalop :(

Surely this must be the intended purpose (Cadillac ATS):

Base models become more palatble if you're buying a luxury brand though, especially if you're moving from a non-luxury car to luxury. My base trim ATS still has power everything, heated seats, bluetooth, rev-matching, etc.

Seeing as I did predict the existence of this car in the first place (based on the fact that the upcoming ZR1 being MR must be an answer to a new GT), here's prediction 2.0:

For one full 4-cycle of a 5L motor, you'd actually only be consuming about 0.00065L of gas, so yeah, I guess it's a small amount.

Exactly. Could possibly be the shittiest clickbait article title of all time on Jalopnik.
