If you want a V12 truck, look into the actual V12 pickup truck, I believe it was a pair of V6s mashed together in the late 70s or around that time.

Since I own a V12 Benz, I can appreciate the SLR not having one. It needs a more responsive, lighter motor that can rev higher and be more robust for a hard launch. The 12s are awesome and powerful, but I think the SLR just needed a larger V8, or maybe just a more aggressive tune/setup. Ive never driven an SLR, but…
I almost find it strange that these only had supercharged V8 plants. Its plenty of power, but could have been more displacement...
My friend’s team won 3rd overall at AER at NJMP after an overnight motor swap....Too bad they’re not out there to give you guys a run for your money in Ohio (at least that I know of).
Diamler-Benz era Dodge Neon. B Pillar rusted through at the join with the rocker panel. Anyone who knows how the frames of a Neon are, they’re unibody construction. Car got totaled by an asshole that ran a light, but that car was a few months away from becoming the first pillarless four door Neon (maybe).
Nooooo I miss the Bathurst 1000?! Damnit....
I did a complete trans fluid+filter, coolant and radiator replacements in my jobs parking lot.
Why does the driveshaft flex? Because if it can’t flex, it will be stressed, stressed leads to stress cracks, stress cracks lead to......
I have unfortunately had two accidents recently, with a dashcam in the car each time. The first one resulted in a totaled car. The other driver literally decided to make a left turn in front of me when I had full right of way. Dash cam proved it and proved vastly beneficial for insurance.
You’ve obviously never owned an older German sports car.
Obligatory:
Supposed to appreciate the improved driving characteristics? You appreciate them when they 1) save you or 2) prevent any serious problems. You’re correct, you and many other drivers would never know the difference on a day to day experience of having all wheel drive. With that in mind, if you started on all wheel…
Max D. Because its got the D.
They drove past my coworkers house even!
You’re really bad at arguing. Did I call EVs boring? Did I call their Model S P85D boring?
Those cars are fine, but for what I do, I cannot get the equipment in or carry as much at the same time. A little 4 cyl wont carry several hundred pounds of gear and tools and wire to a job site like my wagon can, and if I wanted a Prius, I would have gotten one. I used a Honda Insight for a company car for a while…
Until now? Ive been saying this for a long time. The problem has been all the shit talking nay-sayers on here that try to say Im wrong. Ive said it many times and its not a new thing for me. If youve got time to kill on the internet, feel free to dig through all of my posts to find the other times Ive said it, and how…
Thats all well and good, and I fully support that, but for my job, when I need to transport equipment, a sedan wont do. My wagon is the best car for my wants and needs together. Same reason for why some people have large trucks. Maybe we dont see their needs on a regular basis, but for many, the space and size is…
I addressed this in a later post, as far as the Tesla costs are concerned. Investors follow the money though.
