Has a rear RUF badge too, don't forget the tramp stamp. I'm sure you were sober when you saw it!

Spotted this past May at Caffeine & Carburetors.

If these drivers have some balls, they'll show up next month like clockwork just as they have every time in the past, and they'll show Irvine what noise is.

How come this never happened for Doug?

That only makes them hopfeully knowledgable. It doesnt mean they'll be honest or affordable.

Probably, 1997 SL600 Sport with the AMG package. You figure it out, because I don't even want to think about it.

It's not easy. Wait until after the new year.

I'm just proud to say that my cars just have posts on the internet. If someone wants to know about the service on my car, they can check "the internet."

Completely understood. I guess the one thing that I'll never be able to quite wrap my head around is what the big deal is with those "perfect record books." I understand someone looking to buy a Ferrari isn't going to want to buy one that has shoddy maintenance, but isn't that just a universal for buying a car? Not

Haha, that Delta is owned by a really cool guy that DDs a new 500 Abarth. I certainly don't want to give too much away about that car though.

I don't think that's aluminum, but it is certainly down to the bare metal and polished slightly.

You don't recognize the cute face of a Fiat?

It's a Lancia Delta HF Integrale 16v. The little Fiat is a ground up restoration project, and actually in front of the Lancia is an International Bread Van that's also a restoration project. To the right of the Fiat is a racing Corvette, and behind where the SL is sitting are several BMW race cars and project cars, a

It's getting put back together right now. I know the shop had trouble with actually only a couple of small plastic pieces, but nothing hard to find. New valve cover gaskets, idler pulley, tensioner pulley, oil change, spark plugs and thermostat. I'm also going to have them double check the balance, and when it warms

If the SL wasn't so torquey and well, not great in poor road conditions, I'd love to DD the SL as the only thing I have. But that's okay, because the wagon is a great DD compared to it. Just need the wagon back on the road soon (next week I get her back).

Is there a Ferrari of you dreams that you'll keep the auto-notify of CarMax and AutoTrader set for?

I think you may have missed my question in your other post about this, but I'm curious about one thing.

Do you think that given all of these issues, if potential buyers weren't severely allergic to "Joe Shmoe Discount Rubbers" or a local tuning shop doing the work, it could be significantly cheaper, if not (dare I utter these words) affordable or even "cheap?"

I'm sure you're still swimming through the replies, but everything that's special about a Ferrari is kind of everything why it's such a disappointment.
