100% agree. Apparently we can’t be allowed to just like a show and enjoy being entertained by it. See also: Star Wars sequels, Anything Zac Snyder Directed, and (I’m sure) the upcoming Firefly reboot.

Ever watch At the Movies with Siskel and Ebert? I know, it’s a super old show, but given that I don’t watch too much of this kind of content it’s really my touchstone for this and has been influential for a lot of people in the review space. That was a big production - in fact, an actual TV show - and did use entire

If this guy’s company (and it is a company, with full time employees as he talks about in the video)  was just offering up reviews over publicity stills like sites like iO9 and such have to do, then they’d certainly have an argument that it’s ‘unfair’. But even looking over the AoT link in the article, it’s not what

This “theory floated by police” is based on countless hours of investigative work and sworn testimony. Funny that you’re still choosing to die on this hill, even partially.

“...The actor described the attack as ‘something out of Looney Tunes adventures.'

You, and so many, many others, are more interested in hurting shitty people (Riot) than rewarding decent, talented people. Your priority is, in short, vindictiveness, plain and simple. Never mind that higher viewer numbers also translates directly to the creatives involved garnering more work, recognition, bargaining

Wait, am I supposed to cancel my Netflix subscription now, too? cuz like, my family uses that.

Neither the animation studio nor the cast are part of Riot, and they earned the recognition this is going to bring them. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Maybe he just doesn’t want to kill them?

Eh it’s kind a reoccurring homage to ASM #121, the Death of Gwen Stacy, that writers like to beat like a dead horse. Usually by chucking MJ off of bridges.

I never would’ve known she existed if not for this site and it certainly doesn’t take a genius to figure out that 99% of her appeal is that she’s hot. Plain and simple. Nothing I’ve read in any of these articles about her has made it seem like she has any interesting talent(s) worth spending hours of time watching her

Framing this as “rich person math” is a little unnecessarily prejudicial. These are all routine activates for any successful small business. If a reasonably successful local auto-shop made a similar purchase no one would call it a “rich person thing”, just a painfully routine business investment.

This is exactly the sort of shit that makes me want to pirate games. I haven’t even really dipped my toe into the wide world of game piracy yet, but the fact that on-disc games are moving towards becoming indistinguishable from digital copies is a line too far for me.

And people think im stupid for still buying physical games. This is perfect example of why

He was even enjoyable in the bad stuff, like this atrocity that I watch every time it’s on.

Now playing

His episode of the Twilight Zone, alongside a young Leonard Nimoy, was particularly noteworthy, as a battle-hungry young officer forced to observe the war from the other side.  Rod Serling, the episode’s writer, had served as a paratrooper in the Pacific during WW2.

The Elm Street remake wouldn’t have been so bad if they had committed to the twist they teased in the third act that Freddy Krueger really might have been just this simple grounds keeper who loved entertaining the children and was wrongly accused and lynched, making his afterlife revenge on the children of his

Maybe? Probably? Possibly? Not sure what the point is here. Sheeran is a musical irritant and corny as fuck, but he doesn't seem like a prick.

It’s all subjective of course, but I thought the way the vampires rather attempt at honoring Nandor’s memory turned into something so base and petty was funny and fit with what we’ve seen in the last few seasons. Then there was Guillermo’s defensiveness and eventually Nandor’s mildly annoyed reaction. It was more than
