On the special, chappelle said he had a good friend who was trans, that killed themselves because of harassments from the trans community. That’s the problem, nobody can read in between the lines anymore, actually listen and make an effort to understand what people like chappelle are talking about.

The 40k number came from a guy who had worked there a decade. That’s not entry level  anymore.

Combine awful pay with having to build computerized monstrosities that farmers aren’t even allowed to work on, and I say: BLECH to John Deere, blech, I say.
And I love JD tractors. I grew up driving a 4020 and 1020 on my grandfather’s farm. Fantastic machines that he could service completely, totally, and absolutely,

ha, you think blue collar workers can’t be greedy? It keeps being said, but LOKI never established this. Loki established that the Infinity Stones don’t work in the TVA. They specifically don’t work in that one place. That’s all that was ever said in the show. Nothing else implies that also don’t work in other dimensions outside of the TVA.

I already complained last week about how Infinity Ultron’s limitless power broke the Infinity Stone rules seemingly established in Loki, specifically that one universe’s stones are powerless in a different universe, but now the show is saying that, no, that is the rule. It’s like dealing with a little kid who just

Where did people get this idea that these open world first person shooters were supposed to be trenchant political statements and why do they keep being disappointed when they aren’t?

Writers: So, can we insult Disney repeatedly in a sketch?

Most Dad rock was edgy when those guys were younger. Just like the edgy dudes now will be pudgy dads eventually.

GWAR is the only band that should ever be booked for Superbowl halftime shows.

Translation: If you rented out your home in these states, your tenants still don’t have to pay you, but your mortgage is still due and you’re still screwed.
