That was my thinking as well.

Those are exactly the three recent movies I thought about while watching this.

This interview sold me. I'm looking forward to watching this as soon as I can on Friday.

I feel like McCarthy is underrated. Both The Heat and Spy are very funny movies.

I haven't seen anybody mention the glaring omission of Foot Fist Way. I think the only movie I've watched more is The Big Lebowski.

Punch Drunk Love and Adaptation are absolutely comedies, and also my two favorite movies on this list. Your list of comedies that were left off of this list are good ones though.

I am convinced that the lead role of that movie was written with McBride in mind. My guess is the studio didn't think he was a big enough name for the part, which is where Rogen comes in. I have no basis for this thought, but I still believe it to be true. Now, I loved the movie, but I think McBride would have been

If I were better at putting my thoughts into words, it would read exactly like this.

As a guy that worked at PacSun in the late 90's, early 00's, I feel like they bought every single Hurley shirt from that era.

That's mest up.

I miss those days. I'll never pass up a chance to use that joke.

Yeah, I always thought Skiba was more of a Charles Manson fan.

I was thinking more a manager of PacSun. Is that place still around?

While I agree Infirmary was their attempt at writing a hit record, it's still a fucking great record and has a lot of the stuff that I loved about the band from the beginning. There were some demos of You're Dead and I'm Dying Tomorrow floating around on Kazaa or whatever at the time that had me at peak excitement.

Yeah, I totally agree. All of my favorite Skiba stuff is pre Good Mourning. He wasn't a great guitarist, but his lyrics (as well as Andriano's) were enough to push their stuff ahead of the pack. It absolutely agree Skiba started to push the horror aesthetic to a ridiculous place in the later Alkaline Trio albums

God help me, I kind of liked Goldfinger in the late 90's. I LOVED ska in high school, and still listen to certain bands even now. Goldfinger was never one of my favorites, but I still liked a hand full of songs. I'm giving this album a listen through and can only think it might be a decent pop punk album with decent

That's mest up.

The Indians are looking like a contender too.

Onions Sportsdome was hilarious.

It's on my list! Johnny Socko probably put on the best shows I ever saw, especially when Trout was still in the band. I used to have to sit outside the beer tent they played in the summer here in Fort Wayne trying to catch a glimpse of them. Bouncers always thought I was trying to sneak alcohol from beer tent goers.
