No need to bring Robert Baratheon’s sole surviving son into the realm of Cersei Lannister. (Supposedly he’s supposed to look very much like a young Robert, I think, per the books) so maybe that’s why they didn’t bring him? On the other hand, I missed him too.

I mean, Stannis did die offscreen between seasons, so it wouldn’t be the first time, but I agree it would be a rarity. On the other hand, how could Tormund come so close to death twice in two weeks? Seems like bad storytelling to me.
