Can’t help but think that was the objective...
If the 99% don’t toss the 1% than it is 100% that is rotten.
I think the view part is the right answer. No one really needs a view from their garage, but having the kitchen privately in the back with a view of the backyard is more ideal. Gives you the option of a door/door wall that can go out to the backyard for a patio, etc.
...that’s a big deal?
Here’s a thought for Ford: I see Ford dealers in virtually every town I drive through in the US. So why not have have every Ford dealer (or at least those within 5 miles of a major highway or along a busy route) install a clean, classy BlueOval lounge with clean bathrooms, free wifi, a decent coffee bar and…
I would have liked to see the Dodge Magnum get a second generation. I was bummed when they killed it off.
Political parties, in the US two-party system at least, need to be able to figure out how to sell their hardline single-issue voters on compromise. Because the general public doesn’t tend to congregate at the fringes, they congregate at the middle and while parties need their bases at some point catering to those…
That story about the traumitzed child SHOULD shock you. It’s an example of a politician straight out lying to try and support a dubious position.
They’re a problem in my region as well.
Early Adopters have adopted. Everybody else, me included, seems to remain unconvinced a new EV is the solution to our personal transportation needs. I’m also still mildly freaked out, however irrationally, about the fire issues related to lithium ion batteries. I had a lithium ion AA catch fire in a charger on the…
African Americans did have this same energy post-Civil War, that’s why white people instituted Jim Crow laws. Every time black people gained a measure of success, white people tore it down. The Tulse massacre wasn’t the only incident of it’s kind.
He just needed to take it a VW dealership. I’m sure those guys are well versed into getting check engine lights to turn off in less than totally sanctioned ways.
One of the biggest problems in our society is that “unless I need to do it for business purposes” is seen as a caveat to most ethical and legal situations. Businesses will have a code of ethics that they rigorously adhere to until it would lose them money. Laws will be broken because it’s more profitable to do so.
You’d get even better mileage if you didn’t drive a GD truck all over the damn place every day for no reason.
When you purchase land in California, the air space above the land is typically considered to be part of the public domain and is not included as part of the property ownership. This is known as the “ad coelum doctrine”, which states that land ownership does not extend upward indefinitely. However, property owners do…
Exactly !!! Confiscate and crush their trucks!!!
Probably shouldn’t buy a diesel if they can’t afford to maintain them.
They are, for the most part, significantly more expensive then their ICE counterparts. Wanna buy a $41,000 Platinum trim Nissan Rogue AWD? That Platinum AWD Ariya is $62,000. A Tesla Model 3 at $40,000 or a loaded Toyota Corolla Hybrid for $27,000. Biggest issue is manufacturers not producing the smaller cheaper…
