for me, it’s less range anxiety and more payment sweat.

Even baby cows give up drinking milk.

More than ten years old.  Now, it’s a money pit.

Springfield is 50 miles away.  Pittsfield is six.  I’d need a ride to the station and home for either.  I drove.  It was eight hours either way, by car or by train.

Sport?  it’s called the Game of golf.  It does require a lot of acquired skill, but ain’t nobody breaking a sweat out there.

I needed to go from western massachusetts to maryland.  Just for a lark, I thought I’d check out a train.  8 hours and 700$ for my wife and me.  I’d have to Uber around after arrival and we just decided to drive.  Gas and tolls was around a hundred bucks.  I could deal with the “Uberness” if the cost of the train was

lowering a car around here (New England) means you will be wiping tie rods and such off the car when they impact what passes for a “Road surface”. Same with super low profile tires. Good for around a week. Thunderous impact with a hole, panicky call to the wheel and tire store and a 2000$ repair.

They also need to WORK.  A whole lot of them don’t and some apps don’t indicate that a charger is offline.  More work is needed in insuring some continuity of operation.

Ford and VW building an EV together. Between Fords’ penchant for quality problems and VWs’ inability to not cheat I forsee a possible problem.  Can’t wait for a six figure electric van with a forty mile range that explodes into flames when you charge it.  “Operator error” they’ll say.

Flip over, read directions

storing the vape upright seems to help a little bit too.  Warm them up and pull like a blue whale and it’ll pop.

Had mine in 1983.  A very good investment.  I had my two kids and that was all we wanted.  Had my surgery, went home and spent the day with a lapfull of frozen peas.  I went to work the next day.  It’s not that big a deal, discomfortwise.   If you’ve ever taken a nutshot it’s like that, with some cool purple colorings.

Buy the Best Helmet. You only get one Head.

The interior is kinda cheap. The range goes RIGHT in the toilet if you try to tow a boat. A cold-ish day will reduce your range by half. On top of a six figure price and a long wait, there are broken charging stations all across the country.  Why is this a “good” thing?  Why is there not a universal charging plug?

It’s also an arm of the Chinese Communist Party and using it helps them.  So, don’t help them

I get mine locally and it’s 60$ per gallon. Pretty much average around here (WMass)

Pasta that is manufactured in Italy uses different wheat than what is used in pasta making in the U.S.  GMO wheat is not used in Italy.  Our wheat is engineered to tolerate Glyphosate.  Our wheat is engineered to have a single head on a short stem to make harvest easier.  So many people have “gluten sensitivity” that

RE; Honda Acty, what do you put on your other foot?

point taken

(Sigh)  Ok, we can’t tax the rich any more and the war is never going to cost less.  How do we forestall the onrushing bloodbath over inequality of existence.?  I’m not advocating for “free stuff” but working full time should be enough to live off the street.  I don’t have any good ideas, apparently.
