Yeah, pretty common practice in bars. I’ve worked as both a barista and bartender. Cheap beers are commonly salted, I don’t see salted coffee outside of old people in diners.

Except Serena’s is not considered random, she is targeted for testing because of several factors...

Lots of Finns, lots of Bunners and Bangers too.

You sound exactly like my friend J.Domps...Living in the Keweenaw was enjoyable, and I still have a fair amount of friends up there (shoutout to Keweenaw Coffee Works!). Me and my wife are planning a visit back to all our old haunts.

I lived in the Keweenaw while doing my masters/working for Michigan Tech; Winter Carnival is an amazing experience, but commuting south to Houghton from Calumet daily in the winter is not.

They have some players in the NHL (and are NHL All-Star MVP John Scott’s alma mater). Pretty academically tough engineering school, but they hockey team is a solid program regionally and sometimes nationally.

Kevin Mayer broke Ashton Eaton’s decathlon world record today. While marathoners have been knocking on the door of this WR (plus the sub-2 attempt last year), Eaton’s record was considered one of the strongest and more untouchable records.

It’s dumbfounding that this isn’t the most astounding athletic feat that happened today.

If I was really good at photoshop I would make a "my next chapter" with Gronk and a nationals t-shirt, but I'm not, so just imagine.

I’m reading this from Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv. I’ve spent the last 10 days listening to the locals tell me about their hopes, their dreams, and their fears that the outside world does not love them.

Rule 34 stipulates that in addition to the electronic timer, the timekeeper uses a “league-approved stopwatch.”

JR Smith is the best person for this to happen to, since it won’t shake his confidence at all. He is still going to take 30 3s in game 2, maybe he will score 0 points, maybe 90; either way it won’t affect him.

I can’t get over how cartoonishly the guy at the bottom bounces and continues to bounce. It is hypotizing.

Still not as bad as the time Drew tried to fight himself in a mirror.
