Seriously. How has the NFL not figured out that part of the reason they have fewer (I think this is the technical term) ‘marketable stars’, which make people want to watch games, is because they fine everything that could make that player unique, fun and enjoyable to watch.

Suh, of course, has a history of using his feet as weapons. He was famously suspended in 2011 after stomping on Aaron Rogers on Thanksgiving

Why is no one mentioning the obvious about the Packers?

I agree shitty PI calls have too much influence on the outcomes of games, but adding in more things that are reviewable is not going to help the NFL ratings problem.

Chief Wahoo is a pretty blatant stereotyped caricature whose lasting presence in sports kinda makes sense in an America where Trump is a nominee, but I’m this statement is also a pretty stereotyped assessmen, in this case of of immigrants:

I like to believe that there have been at least a handful (some, a few, a couple at least...) times that a female POC physician has volunteered to help in an emergency situation and not been dismissed based on stereotypes, but we don’t hear about them.

Maybe big man playing a mean sport was just in a bad mood after clearly being the worst player on the field all night and took it out on a reporter who was asking about his really shitty play?

Uh, the Rams sold out of season tickets. All 70,000 of them. I’m not sure who these people are, or why they did that, but it seems like a shitload of people in LA actually do care about the Rams return

In fact, the Packers are just wearing their usual white away jerseys, but they are wearing them AT HOME!

1) The Jets green in the photo (i know they’re not wearing them in the actual game) looks dope while Russell Wilson looks like someone had diarrhea after eating a box of lime-green popsicles

How the hell has the ‘Lambeau Leap’ not been outlawed? (not that I want it to be) But it is literally the only celebration that could actually lead to injury of players and fans and it’s totally allowed.
