“I scoured everything I could possibly find about why vaccines might be harmful. I became pretty convinced.”

When you sit in a court of law day in and day out, it’s easy to forget that your litigants are human beings with lives outside of the justice system. Good on Judge Wolf for not forgetting and for not being afraid to sometimes let common sense prevail over the black letter law. She is a credit to the bar.

Here’s one of the worst things about this POS getting off after murdering that little boy: you know one day he’s going to kill someone else. He’s already come close with his girlfriend(s?) in the past; it’s just a matter of time before he murders someone else. The jury that acquitted him and the DA office that

love it. she must have been quite fed up, trying to talk over the loudest people in the room. remember folks, 300 people shouting is louder than 3000 people being quiet. Bernie/third party voters are out-numbered, and they’re screaming awful loud.

Excellent job, WNBA. These players have just enough to lose that they would be strongly tempted to stay quiet and toe the line, but they don’t. That’s fantastic.

What just floors me- and it shouldn’t, I should be used to it, but it does, is that there are two instant reactions I see from a certain group of people whenever these tragedies happen:

As the story notes, it is a tactic to keep the plaintiffs from appealing. I see it all the time. The plaintiffs will agree to not appeal, and the claim for fees and costs will be dismissed. And, yeah, you should if you are out 700K for a frivolous claim. I see people all the time bitch about what a sue-happy society

All responsible gun owners are responsible gun owners right up until they aren't. Weird how that works.

So this man, who has a history of attacking the women in his life as well as total strangers, is somehow the victim of this gold-digging woman who doesn’t want to work...? The logic of those who hate women will go to extreme lengths to see their hate validated.

A man can have a documented history of violence, yet people still describe him as “sweet” and “gentle” and somehow incapable of perpetrating violence AGAIN. Yet, a woman with texts and photographic evidence of abuse is lying.

2016 America: Where a 12-year old boy is shot and killed by the police for playing with a toy and it’s his fault because he should have “known” that people would see him as a threat, while a full-grown adult who rapes an unconscious woman and tries to flee should only have to endure a couple months of jail because

Good for them. Make that money. Noir(e)bnb.

My daughter is almost 9 and she legit thinks that women are not allowed to be president because that must be why we haven’t had one by now. I’m going to let her stay up late tonight and watch.

She also once asked me who the first black president was. I said, Barack Obama, and she said “I know he is one of them, but

It sounds like he is surrounded by a bunch of asshole enablers who have always told him he can do no wrong. So shocking that he ended up as a remorseless rapist.

I’m a man who has been blackout drunk many times. Even with serious “clouded judgement” moments there was never a time where I thought “I should have sex with this unconscious girl”. You either have morals or you don’t. He doesn’t.

Does she honestly think it makes a lick of difference to rape survivers if the person who assaulted them was “nice” to other people?!?

What the hell is wrong with every person in convicted rapist, Brock Turner’s life?

“Rape on campuses isn’t always because people are rapists.”

You know, his father is right. We do need to have a discussion about alcohol and campus culture.

No matter how you feel about her, 100 years ago American women didn’t even have the right to vote, so this is pretty cool.
