Amen! Funny is funny. I personally am fat & disabled an have laughed at both types of jokes. But not all of them. It depends on the teller & the context. For example, I've never laughed at any of Jay Leno's fat jokes. (Ok, I've never laughed at any of Jay Leno's "jokes", full stop.)
