I was at this show as well and you might be the only person who actually expected he would come out on time. The question was how long would the wait be.

I get that interpretation (like, I really get it...I’ve seen Ryan Adams live multiple times), but this seems a bit different. Kanye is volatile, but he doesn’t sound like that version of himself in that clip. He sounds genuinely worried, and quite polite, and perhaps a bit like he’s on autopilot.

To be fair, it didn’t sound like an angry “What the fuck?”. It was more of an “Oh my God!” sort of “What the fuck?”
