I initially read that line as “The parents have not yet responded to this shit.”

Yeah so if I find your sense of humor laying around I’ll be sure to send it back to you.
You know what, I remember you too, from the other day. The article with Matt Bomer playing the trans sex worker and the trans activist wanted more trans actors, vs cis male ones, and you wondered in the comment section if it was right or legal for trans ppl to demand representation. Like white straight dudes might be…
I love that within one sentence he says there are people coming from Syria...we have no idea where they are coming from!!!!
Is the company responsible for what happened? Hell no. Are they responsible for how they reacted to lawsuits from shell shocked and grieving families? You bet.
Same here. There are enough theatres around to go to. They will never get a dollar from me every again.
I live a mile away from what has to be the most incredible Cinemark theatre in the country. I told both my kids to never give that company money again. Is the company responsible for what happened? Hell no. Are they responsible for how they reacted to lawsuits from shell shocked and grieving families? You bet. It’s…
Well, I can tell you which theater chain I’ll never set foot in again.
I understand why, legally, they are required to pay. It’s sound law and 99 times out of 100 it serves a good purpose.
If you can’t imagine a disagreeable odor, covering yourself in spikes and/or poison should do the trick.
Wow. The optics of Cinnemark’s decision is Trump-level terrible. It’s like they woke up and said “Yeah, I’m gonna be a dick to people today. A YOOOGE DICK!”
Tomorrow, I’m going to the airport to pick up a bridesmaid for my bff’s wedding that I’ve never met before. After that, I’m taking her to my house, to fit her dress and make any of the last minute alterations she might need. If she’s cool, I’m almost definitely going to hug her before the day is over.
You are very very Mad Online at a stranger expressing her need for personal space which you then admit multiple people have asked you to respect more.
I hugged a woman that is in love with my husband the first time I met her. It wasn't because I wanted to but because I wanted her to know I was not adverse to getting close enough to kill her..
I’ve never heard of back hugs until today. I used to be happy.
My mom used to have this friend who was a close talker and she’d back me into things talking to her because I’d inch back to protect the integrity of my space bubble and she’d inch forward. Once this resulted in me kind of awkwardly bending backward over the couch while she leaned into my face. NO.
I would add, if you wouldn’t hug a man in the same situation, do not think its automatically okay to hug a woman.
I’m trying to teach my three year old this. She is so sweet and loving but she will hug and kiss (like your shoulder or leg) people out of the blue.
If you hug hard enough, it might help move things through.
