Who is this “you” you’re referring about in the 3rd point? I am not in charge of anything that allows them to get away with their shitty hiring and firing practices and Disney+ is not even available in my country yet.

Things go rough for a few months, and this corporation that took over so many companies, and is at the top of the stock market isn’t prepared for situations like this, I just don’t see the point of the way they have expanded if they can’t even take care of their most fragile employees.

There’s still a lot of stigma around weight and “personal choices” even in the most leftist spaces, it’s considered a “good” prejudice, there’s an excellent podcast named You’re Wrong About by two journalists who research several misunderstood or misremembered events, one of the many topics they go over is the Obesity

I see a lot of "concern trolling" under this post, honestly I'm a little surprised but I know I shouldn't be.

I don’t think the old thirsty tweets were the reason of the break up per se, but who knows, hopefully she doesn't get a relapse and has a support network.

I'm always looking forward to good news, not dystopian ones like "the coworkers all pooled their vacation days so she could have chemotherapy" kind of news, but genuinely great news, I'm so glad people are having their milestones (albeit with much fewer people) and celebrating despite everything going on.

This is a big loss, and sure, you lived and you have a roof over your head and still have your partner, but that doesn't negate the fact that your expectations have been shattered, and looking forward to such an event and have it taken so swiftly is jarring. Try not to feel guilty about this loss, we all have lost

Not sure why Jameela got involved there if she didn’t even mention Kim’s line, she has always called her out by name in the past.

I envy you, I have always hated them but in my teens I was into the competition ones à la American Idol and The Amazing Race, but then I realized those are also super manipulative, so I just stopped watching by 2009. I wish I could say I've never watched one.

This is the first Kardashian related post that I clicked in years, and I just feel it’s the end of an era in a way, I’m not quite able to articulate how impressed I am at the cultural footprint they left, yet I am also unimpressed at how they don't quite have a discernible talent, that's how things are sometimes. I

Of course they should and they will, the reason I framed it that way is because white people across all economic brackets elected Trump, and there's massive voter suppression going with many POC voting areas, and with this thing Electoral College, the white majority populated states have more electoral power (barfs)

All of these "tell all" books just tell me one thing, this man is so fucking stubborn and just overall a prick. I just hope white america votes him out so we don't have to worry every morning about his tantrums.

You’re right, maybe it will become a fad? Hopefully? Can’t tell anymore, what I do know we only hear about them once things go catastrophically wrong.

I do hope this trend dies, but I think it will be getting much worse before they completely die off, I never got the necessity to have a party where you need to announce that your baby will have a penis or a vagina. Sure, I understand requesting that information to the clinician and maybe calling some friends and

I had no idea about the affair, you're right, but still, she probably had more progressive views back then and it's kind of interesting seeing how much she has detached from that.

I know this is old by now, but I still can't believe Gavin Newsom was married to Guilfoyle, at least he got out of that marriage on time, but still, to think she went from him to Jr, what a downgrade.

Ok, live interpreting is challenging, she was probably taking some time to clarify, but my point is the lack of patience was not right in this context, she should've let her clarify, even if it is taking more time than usual.

Now playing

I didn’t watch the Ellen show regularly, but I did see some clips, in one of them an artist used an interpreter and she kept getting impatient and demanding short (incomplete) interpretations, and that really stuck with me, since I am an interpreter, it showed a lot of things in retrospect.

I hope she enjoys the check or whatever she got for selling out her late husband, but the resentment and animosity in your family will never leave you, hope it was worth it, Karen.

Not join, but I guess that's too simplistic, maybe say you have poor connection or have something else to do.
