I’m a 1st-owner of an ND. I have also raced it, both track and AutoX.

I’m looking for a tow vehicle to bring my fun car to track days.

I’m not defending the hoonigan guys, but I don’t think it’s your place to determine what tires are to people.

I love those sounds. I will be asking my tuner to have the pops and crackles tuned in, because to me that gives the engine more character. Bad for the catalytic converters, good for my soul.

I actually had the opposite reaction to the 124 spider. I feel quite negatively about almost everything they changed from the ND.

I went with the wilwood 6-pot instead.

I’ve seen this too, on more than one occasion.

Two things:

I thought it was mythbusters that said if you hit something coming at you at 60mph, and you’re going 60mph, the forces acting upon you is similar to smashing into a standing brick wall at 60mph.

Fair enough, but it speaks to Fiat’s practices that they hadn’t fully tested their chassis in a 2WD configuration (like for something as simple as hard braking). I wonder what else they ‘forgot’ to test in their 16 different powertrain options? I’d rather not be the possibly-dead guy who finds out.
