As an actual mixed race aboriginal Canadian, i’m appalled and outraged at Joseph Boyden. He has deceived indigenous people all over Canada and the world. I agree with Kim TallBear that playing Indian is a colonialist act. Joseph Boyden is a modern day Grey Owl.

Barf. What an ugly colour. I’m a beadworker and one of my favourite supply shops is having an Instagram contest in which you’re supposed to create a pair of earrings inspired by this colour for a chance to win a bunch of supplies, but I hate this colour so much I don’t want to work with it, even for free stuff.
